Prior to forming CIGNET, Charles spent 15 years working in principal and director roles across a range of businesses. Successful experience in the set up and rapid growth of start-up businesses. In 2003 Charles was a founding director of Cashbox ATM Systems Ltd and was instrumental in the investment round that lead to its subsequent flotation as Cashbox plc on AIM just 34 months later with a market capitalisation of approx £12m. More recently Charles has focused on the property market with the successful launch of an online property sourcing business and building a portfolio of properties before embarking on the set up of CIGNET.

Richard has 25 years of experience in UK and European property investment and development markets. He started in the mid eighties with a niche west end agency advising high net worth clients and the Grosvenor Estate. Latterly he has worked for UK PLCs including The Berkeley Group and YOO on mixed use development projects. Richard has an enviable network of property contacts across London and the South East and has a keen eye for the right deal on the right terms. Richard is responsible for sourcing and appraising transactions as well as asset management.

Served 10 years in HM Forces, The Royal Scots (The Royal Regiment) reaching the rank of Major. Upon leaving Ian focused on a career in residential property investment and development and amongst other achievements he built a property portfolio of some 37 properties over a single 18 month period, all secured at discounted purchase prices. Ian is responsible for deal analysis and ongoing management as well as sourcing deals through his own extensive network of property contacts.

Guy provides an interesting mixture of successful commercial career, social entrepreneur and property investor, with property interests across the UK but mainly in the South East.  Business experience includes the health, leisure, sport, technology, food, and education sectors. He enjoys managing strategic & commercial partnerships at senior and Board level and is especially strong in business development and investor relations. Having raised significant finance for a number of different businesses and funding for a number of charitable trusts, Guy brings to CIGNET the ability to secure, manage and satisfy the ongoing requirements of our investor networks.
