Our Private Client business is focused on giving clients a highly professional and dedicated service. You will always be dealing direct with a partner of the company and should expect a level of client relationship akin to that you would expect from your private banker.

Our focus is on two distinct areas:

1. Private Client Search - if you have a specific requirement for an individual property for yourself, member of your family or individual investment need then we will ascertain your precise criteria and then match this to properties we source direct through our extensive networks. CIGNET require a retainer and will then ensure the best opportunities are assessed and presented to you for your consideration. We will then co-ordinate viewings and negotiate on your behalf as required.
2. Private Client Investment - for professional property investors and clients looking to build upon their portfolios we have access to assets from motivated vendors, receivers and direct from banks. Often these opportunities will not be being openly marketed and require clients to be able to act fast and decisively to secure the best deals. We also source development / change of use opportunities and other planning plays for those clients who like to work these angles.

We speak in detail with our clients and partners so that we are fully aware of their requirement (type of stock, locations, yields etc) and then use our expertise to match acquisition opportunities to these criteria.

CIGNET only work on behalf of a handful of serious buyers at any one time. Purchases will tend to be in excess of £1m with our typical deal size being between £5-50m. By focusing on an elite client/partner base we ensure that the right time and dedication is given to sourcing the very best acquisitions.

Our current opportunities are only available direct to our registered clients and partners for reasons of confidentiality. Many of these opportunities are true off-market deals and are not available from any other source. We operate discretely, which is one of the key ways we are successful in the bids we make.
