Our development business trades as Broadoak Homes which is a joint venture with Broadoak Construction Ltd, a £30m turnover business which has worked with clients such as DeVere, Marriott and Whitbread plc and has built a strong reputation based on service and reliability. This partnership brings together CIGNET's expertise in land sourcing / optimisation and Broadoak Construction's expertise in efficient and value for money build with a clear focus on detail and quality. The business has equity to commit to projects right now as well as strong links to further development finance when required.

As well as private housing projects CIGNET has experience of working closely with Registered Social Landlords, such as Richmond Churches, to implement affordable housing schemes. These projects may be conversion of existing properties, such as commercial buildings, or new build on virgin plots. CIGNET manage the refurbishment and build of these schemes and is currently converting an unused office premises in Richmond to affordable apartments.
