CIGNET develops both private residential stock as well as affordable housing schemes, often in association with a registered social landlord. Heading up our development business is Richard Fryer who has over 25 years experience having worked for some of the largest house builders in the UK including Berkeley Homes.
CIGNET has extensive experience in overseeing the entire property development process:
  1. Site selection
  2. Detailed site analysis / feasibility study
  3. Scheme design
  4. Planning applications and appeals where necessary
  5. Detailed schedule of works
  6. Construction and site management
  7. Sales and marketing

As well as private housing projects CIGNET has experience of working closely with Registered Social Landlords, such as Richmond Churches, to implement affordable housing schemes. These projects may be conversion of existing properties, such as commercial buildings, or new build on virgin plots. CIGNET manage the refurbishment and build of these schemes and is currently converting an unused office premises in Richmond to affordable apartments.
